Terms of Service

This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between 3itx ("Bot Owner") and you, the user of the Kitty Discord bot ("Bot"). By using the Bot, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot.

1. License to Use

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Bot for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Use the Bot in any way that violates any law or Discord's Terms of Service.
• Use the Bot for commercial purposes without written permission from the Bot Owner.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, tamper with, distribute, or replicate the Bot or its source code.

3. Limitation of Liability

The Bot Owner is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues that arise from your use—or inability to use—the Bot. This includes but is not limited to data loss, account bans, or interruptions in service.

4. Modifications

The Bot Owner reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Bot at any time without notice. The Bot Owner is not responsible for any impact these changes may have on you.

5. Intellectual Property

The Bot and all of its underlying code, content, and functionality are the property of the Bot Owner. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Bot without explicit written consent.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Bot Owner and affiliated parties from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your misuse of the Bot or your violation of this Agreement.

7. Termination

This Agreement may be terminated by either party at any time. Once terminated, you must immediately stop using the Bot.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of New York, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of JAMS.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the full understanding between you and the Bot Owner regarding the use of the Bot. It overrides any prior agreements, whether written or verbal.
